Main salon has been redone with a new overhead and cabin top. There is still much work to bring her to yacht standard, but there is a bunch of boat here for this price.

The master stateroon is set-up as a three bunk combo, a double on starboard, and a single on port. Work in this area would be minimal, mostly paint and varnish.

The aft head is quite spacious and includes a tub, great for making bathtub gin.
GALLEY:

The galley nestles nicely on the starboard side of the main salon, and has all the necessary components for efficiency meal prep. Certainly a redo would be in order to bring her to standard.

The Perkins has a new stainless steel exhaust elbow and a new water pump, she is a turbo and rated @200hp, the genset is a 7.5 Onan@300+- hrs. Engine shows 2289 hrs.

REMARKS: n a word she is a "project boat". That having been said, she is not a basket case and most of the big stuff has been done, the house has been rebuilt and glassed over as the original method of construction, there are a few spots of teak on the exterior need to be scarffed, and all the teak, in and out need to be redone

With a little elbow grease and some imagination this could get you into big boats at a bargain basements price. She has a pleasant and efficient layout, and is a comfortable boat to cruise. HULL RECENTLY REPAINTED, ALONG WITH A NEW BARRIER SYSTEM ON BOTTOM. Come have a look.
