REMARKS: The mast is stepped on deck with a stainless steel mast support which carries the load directly to the keel. She has a shoal draft keel and rudder with skeg. This should enable her to have the least possible drag. She features an aft cabin with overhead hatch and fold down chart table. She has 6'5" headroom. Under sail the 31 sails herself. She gets going quickly and she glides through the slowest tack. The 31's main feature is the aft cabin and still being able to have an aft cockpit layout.
